Expert Medical Examination Ltd is building an independent panel of medical experts to prepare medico-legal reports for solicitors and insurers across England and Wales. If you are a registered consultant or specialist with medico-legal experience, we would like to hear from you.
Who we are looking for
Consultants and specialists registered with the relevant UK professional regulator, such as the GMC, HCPC, GDC or NMC, across the specialisms that personal injury and clinical negligence claims need, from orthopaedics and neurology to psychiatry, pain medicine and general practice.
The work
Preparing independent medico-legal reports to CPR Part 35 and Practice Direction 35, examining claimants where required, and answering Part 35 questions. The expert's overriding duty is to the court, and the opinion stays the expert's own.
How we support you
A named case manager coordinates each instruction, the appointment and the records, so you can focus on the clinical opinion rather than the administration. We handle the logistics; you write the report.
